Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
The Program is open to past customers of Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living ("Stoneridge") and approved partners ("Participants"). Stoneridge employees, subcontractors, and their immediate household members are not eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Stoneridge reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.
Qualified Referral
A referral is considered qualified when: (1) the referred individual or party was not previously in Stoneridge's system at the time of referral; (2) the referred party completes a project with Stoneridge with a minimum contract value of $10,000; and (3) the project reaches final completion and payment. Referrals submitted after Stoneridge has already been contacted by or has an existing record of the referred party will not be eligible for a reward.
Rewards
Participants earn a $250 gift card for each qualified referral. In addition, a $500 bonus reward is issued upon the completion of a Participant's 5th cumulative qualified referral, and a $1,000 bonus reward is issued upon the completion of a Participant's 10th cumulative qualified referral. Bonus rewards are issued in addition to the standard per-referral reward for that referral. All rewards are issued via emailed gift card following final project completion and payment by the referred customer.
Discretion
Stoneridge reserves the right to make the final determination on whether any referral qualifies for a reward or bonus under this Program. Stoneridge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, without prior notice. Stoneridge also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be misusing the Program, submitting fraudulent referrals, or acting in bad faith.
Partner Agreements
Approved partners may participate under separate written agreements with Stoneridge that establish custom reward structures. In the event of any conflict between this Program's general terms and a signed partner agreement, the signed partner agreement shall govern.
Tax Reporting
Referral rewards issued by Stoneridge are treated as reportable income under federal tax law. Participants who receive $600 or more in rewards within a calendar year will be issued a 1099-NEC form as required by the IRS. Stoneridge may require Participants to complete a W-9 form prior to the issuance of any rewards. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to rewards received.
Governing Law
This Program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under this Program shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
